Q. What if I need more than 3 design changes?

A. If you need more than 3 design changes, there is a $100 additional charge per change.

Q. What support do I get after I purchase a design?

A. You will have the ability to work with a top designer to make any changes to the design. Once your changes are finalized, you will receive a personalized floor plan, updated concept board, shopping list and paint palette.

Q. Can Panacche design around existing furniture and decor I already own?

A. Yes we will be delighted to design around your space and furniture items.

Q. Do I have to order the furniture or decor items right away?

A. No you do not have to order any of the furniture or decor items.

Q. What if I don't have a floorplan of my space?

A. You can draw it on a piece of paper and upload it, however, the designer would need the floor plan to incorporate all the furniture/decor items so you can see how it looks in your space.

Q. What is your refund policy?

A. While we don't offer refunds on any of our designs purchased, our decor and furniture items will match the retail brand's refund policy.
