Refund, Cancellation and Product Price Adjustment policy

Refund policy

  1. Room designs once purchased cannot get refunds.
  2. Refunds for merchandize, furniture, decor purchased from Vendors are subject to the refund policies of the applicable Vendor and Panacche can assist with it if it was purchased through Panacche.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can work with the vendor to evaluate the issue and make it right.


We will notify you if the vendor is willing to accept the return and all the returns may also be coordinated by the vendors. We will keep you informed at every step during a refund process.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Cancellation policies are subject to vendor policies and there could be a cancellation fee associated for cancelling an order. Panacche charges 10% of product cost without any discounts applied as a cancellation fee on top of vendor cancellation fee.


Product Price Adjustments

Panacche aims at providing convenience by letting our customers shop all the products through us all at no additional cost to our customers. This way our clients don't have to shop at various places. However, our operations overhead increases when we are asked to do price adjustments to suit our vendor's ongoing promotions after a product has been paid for. In such cases, we will charge 10% of the actual product cost as a product price adjustment fee to our customers.
